Trading Terms and Copyright products In placing an order with Simone Dennis Designs, the purchaser agrees to abide by the terms and conditions laid out below: Customers: Simone Dennis Designs agrees to sell goods to the customer for the purpose of reselling in the specified retail outlet/s. Goods may not be resold in any other location such as markets, party plan, online or through any third party without prior written authorisation from Simone Dennis Designs. Copyright: All designs and photographic material are subject to copyright and are wholly owned by Simone Dennis Designs. No designs may be reproduced and no photographic material represented on the Simone Dennis Designs website may be used without prior written authorisation. Prices: All prices quoted at the time of order are in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST, freight and any credit card surcharges which may apply. Prices may be changed at any time. Credit Checks: Credit reference checks will be undertaken by Simone Dennis Designs using the trade reference information provided by the client. First Order: All first orders are "Pro Forma Orders" and must be paid before the order is dispatched. If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, the order may be cancelled at the discretion of Simone Dennis Designs. Subsequent Orders: All subsequent orders will be "Pro Forma" until a credit application has been completed in full and approved by Simone Dennis Designs. Trading Terms: On approval of a 30 day account, the customer agrees to pay all invoices within 30 days of the invoice date. Overdue accounts: The customer agrees to pay the account fully within 30 days of the invoice date. Should this period exceed 45 days, the credit card supplied on the credit application supplied will be charged. Simone Dennis Designs will notify the customer of the intended transaction prior to it being undertaken. Returns and Credit: Any goods purchased from Simone Dennis Designs may only be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods in the event that faulty workmanship or materials have caused an item to break. All customer credits must first be discussed with Simone Dennis Designs or notified in writing before being agreed upon. International Orders: All international orders will be freighted using the best carrier to be determined by Simone Dennis Designs, unless a written request by the purchaser is received prior to dispatch. Payments for international orders are required in advance by either: 1. credit card payments - no surcharge is applicable if paying by Visa or Mastercard 2. direct debit - a bank surcharge of $35 AUD will be added to the invoice total to cover correspondent bank fees. This is non negotiable fee and must be accepted as a condition of purchasing goods to be freighted internationally. Termination of Agreement: Simone Dennis Designs reserves the right to terminate the credit agreement at any time upon written notice.
